Everyone has been waiting for this house. First time on the market, ever, ever, ever! Noted Newburgh and Florida Architect Francis Abreu designed and built this Tudor side-split in 1922 for the Boynton family, the clan that shortly after Francis's brother Henry Abreu would marry into. Bespoke in every way, the house has all the original lighting, fittings, fixtures, and hardware. It is a genuine time capsule. All the windows appear to be Hope Jamestown casements with brass fittings which are just extraordinary. There are fun details at every turn and the side-to-side split is just ... delightful. You would think on a half acre it would be more exposed but the landscaping gives it estate-like privacy that compliments this Balmville Road gem.
